Lemony Salmon: Delicious Recipes to Combat Arthritis

Fitness also includes eating right. There are certain foods that can help ease your symptoms of arthritis. We wanted to share a few of recipes with you. Today we are talking about salmon. According to the Arthritis foundation, Salmon is packed with inflammation fighting omega-3 fatty acids. They recommend eating 3 - 4 ounces twice a week.



Here is a wonderful recipe to try... best of all you probably already have all the ingredients sitting in your kitchen!


Ingredients

1 Lemon, slice thin

2 Sprigs of Fresh Rosemary - remove rosemary from stems

2 Salmon Filets - no bones and no skin

Pink Himalayan Salt to taste

1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil


Cooking

1. Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees

2. Lightly coat bottom of a baking sheet with Olive Oil

3. Arrange half the lemon slices and half the rosemary on the bottom of a baking sheet

5. Top wit Salmon Filets

6. Top filets with remaining lemon and rosemary

7. Drizzle with olive oil and salt as desired.

8. Bake for 20 minutes, or until fish easily flakes with a fork
